Congratulations to Andrew Corfield and Eva Horvatova who represented South Side at the Midwestern Athletic Conference Scholar-Athlete Banquet. This event highlights students from MAC schools excelling both academically and athletically. In addition to the scholar-athlete recognition, Andrew was also selected as one of three MAC Scholarship recipients this year!

Our high school law students had an incredible hands-on learning experience at the Beaver County Courthouse yesterday! Students explored the juvenile crime, probation and parole, and sheriff’s offices, observed live preliminary criminal hearings, and even had the opportunity to meet with County Commissioner Jack Manning. A great day connecting classroom learning to the real world!

On March 31st, South Side students participated in the Beaver County Chess Tournament at Blackhawk's Highland Middle School. We had some big wins! Caden Cusato was the high school division chess tournament champion and Jordan Fazikas was one of the middle school division chess tournament champions. Both Caden and Jordan played many rounds and were undefeated in the tournament. Congratulations to our two chess champions!
