Board Meetings
 
Work sessions are held on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. held in the MS/HS Library: 
  • The voting meeting agenda is reviewed first then residents are given an opportunity to speak. 
  • If you have a particular item for discussion, please contact the School Board Secretary, Ms. Barbara Dawson, at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Please be prepared to give a topic and you must be a resident of the District.
Regular Voting Meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month at 8:00 p.m. in the MS/HS Cafeteria):  Residents of the district have two opportunities to speak at a regular meeting:
  • At the onset of the voting meeting, the President asks for public input on agenda items to be voted on by the Board.
  • A second opportunity to speak is at the end of the meeting. Residents are invited to speak on non-agenda topics of interest to the District.

Communication with the School Board, Superintendent, Administrators and Staff is very important. The district encourages you to attend meetings and be informed. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your ideas and suggestions.
